1. Introduction

Cart Discount is a valuable promotional tool that lets you offer discounts based on the number of items purchased or the total order amount. This flexible pricing strategy encourages customers to buy more by rewarding them with savings when they reach a specified purchase requirement.
This feature is only available in SiteGiant ERP Value Plus Plan and above.
2. Create Cart Discount
Step 1: Go to Marketing Centre on the sidebar menu > Promotions > Cart Discount.

Step 2: Click on + Create Cart Discount.

Step 3: Enter the Basic Info such as Discount Name, Period and Customer > select the store you want to apply for cart discount.

1. Customer: - for Guest and Login Tick the button to allow both guest and login customers to enjoy the cart discount during checkout. - for Login only Tick the button if you want only login customers to enjoy the cart discount. 📌Note: If you have purchased SiteGiant OMO Pro and above, you can choose which membership tiers are eligible for the cart discount when for Login Only option is chosen. (Optional)
Step 4: Select Discount Settings for both Set By and Discount Type. You can add up to 5 tiers of cart discounts. Each tier value must be higher than the previous tier.

Step 5: Click on Create on the top right once done settings > the discount created can be found on the Cart Discount Page.

3. Cart Discount Checkout (From Customer Perspective)
Step 1: During checkout, the cart discount will be automatically apply if customers meet the purchase requirement.

Step 2: More promotion will be display when is close to meet the next tier requirement. Customers can click Continue Shopping to add more products and unlock greater discounts.
