1. Introduction
How can you ensure the security of your parcel deliveries?
Webcam ParcelGuard provides a reliable solution by using a webcam to monitor and record package handling, helping to prevent theft and verify shipments easily.
This feature is available for Add-On only.
2. Setup Webcam Parcelguard
Step 1: Navigate to Orders > Fulfillment > ParcelGuard.
Step 2: Click Manage on Webcam ParcelGuard.
Step 3: Toggle on the Order Fulfillment Assistant and the Marketplace Order Return status.
1. Automatically start video recording when scanning a package: If the button is disabled, you need to press F2 to manually start the video recording on the Order Fulfillment Assistant page.2. Automatically save media and send images after scanning a new package: Enabling the button will automatically save your media or images to your local PC. 3. Automatically start video recording when scanning a package: If the button is disabled, you need to press F2 to manually start the video recording on the Marketplace Return Order Management page.
Step 4: Once the settings are configured, click Save.
3. Scan and Record Orders Using Order Fulfillment Assistant
Step 1: Navigate to Orders > Fulfillment > Order Fulfillment Assistant.
Step 2: You will see a webcam popup to record the Order Fulfillment activities.
📌Note: Please ensure you have enabled your PC’s camera settings.
Step 3: You can use the provided Keyboard Shortcuts to take order fulfillment photos and recordings.
📌Note: You are only allowed to take a maximum of 3 photos during the process.
Step 4: Once you take the photo and recording, you can review them and click Save.
4. Record Orders Using Marketplace Order Return Management
Step 1: Navigate to Apps > Marketplaces > Marketplace Order Return Management.
Step 2: You can Scan the parcel’s tracking number or directly click on the Order ID.
Step 3: You will see a webcam popup to record the Marketplace Order Return Management activities.
📌Note: Please ensure you have enabled your PC’s camera settings.
Step 3: You can use the provided Keyboard Shortcuts to take order fulfillment photos and recordings.
📌Note: You are only allowed to take a maximum of 3 photos during the process.
Step 4: Once you take the photo and recording, you can review them and click Save.
