WhatsApp has become the top Malaysian communication app for personal and business use. Let’s add the WhatsApp Chat button on your SiteGiant webstore to engage your customers anytime and anywhere on your mobile phone.


2. How to Set Up Whatsapp Chat

Step 1: Apps > Webstore > Whatsapp Chat app.

Step 2: Set up the WhatsApp Chat by inserting Mobile Number.

Step 3: Enable the Status, set up the Icon Position (applicable for Live Chat only), and customize the Preset Message.

📌Note:
Enable Live Chat status and the chat button will appear on every page of your SiteGiant Webstore.
Enable Product Chat status the chat button will appear only on every product page.

Step 4: Click ‘Save‘ upon completion.


Congratulations! WhatsApp Chat Button has been successfully installed on your SiteGiant Webstore.

The below screenshot shows the result of enabling the Live Chat option, which is available on all pages of your SiteGiant Webstore.

The below screenshot shows the result of enabling the Product Chat option, which is only available on the product page.
