How To Use Social Widgets App

1. Introduction

With Social Widgets, you can easily add social media feeds, chat buttons, and follow icons to your webstore. Keep your customers engaged with live updates from Facebook, Instagram, and more. Enhance your online presence and connect with your audience—all without leaving your webstore.

2. Activate Social Widget

Step 1: Navigate to Apps on the sidebar menu > click Webstore & Shopping App > Social Widgets.

Step 2: Enable Social Widgets status > click Add Link.

Step 3: Select main Social Media > insert the URL, following the instructions inside the column > click Add.

📌 Note: Select Custom social media if you have your URL to be added.

Step 4: Click Add Link again to add others’ Social Media In Dock.

📌 Note: You can set a maximum of 12 social media in dock.

Step 5: By clicking the drag button, you can switch between the main social media and the in dock social media.

Step 6: You can choose whether to display the social media in dock or delete it directly.

Step 7: Once all the settings are done, click Save.

📌 Note: If you want to use this Social Widget App, you may need to disable your WhatsApp Chat and Facebook Messenger apps to avoid overlapping on the webstore.

3. View Social Widgets (From Customer Perspective)

Step 1: The Social Widgets will be visible at the bottom right of your webstore.
