1. Introduction

As a marketplace seller, we expect that marketplaces would pay us accordingly and on time. However, it will be a sleepless night when you find out that you were not paid correctly and there’s a contradiction in your payout. Now, SiteGiant’s Payment Reconciliation would reconcile your extra shipping charges from marketplaces.

Lazada Payment Reconciliation is a useful app to help you keep track of any extra shipping charges made by marketplaces. Let’s go through the guidance below.


2. Accessing and Enabling Lazada Payment Reconciliation

Step 1: Go to Apps > Marketplaces > Lazada Payment Reconciliation

Step 2: Select the reports you wish to analyze.

Step 3: Enable the Last Sync data at the right top, to ensure the payment reconciliation data is retrieved daily.

📌Note: For the first time, kindly allow 24 hours for the data to sync back.

3. Types of Reports

I. General Report

Step 1: In the General Report, you can filter the orders which have been paid or unpaid by Lazada.

Step 2: For example, you can filter the Lazada order which has already been delivered but is still unpaid by Lazada.

Step 3: Thus, the result will show all the delivered Lazada orders which are still unpaid (no Income Amount).

Step 4: Other than that, you can filter the Statement based on the paid order.

Step 5: Then, the order Income Amount and more information in Summary will be shown.


II. Shipping Fee Report

Step 1: In the Shipping Fee Report, you can filter the order that has overcharged shipping fees by Lazada.

Step 2: Select the order date, and insert an amount for the overcharged minimum value you can accept.

Step 3: If the result shows ‘No Result Found’, this means that there are no overcharged shipping fees.


III. Free Shipping Fee Report

This report allows filter when the order is free shipping but still incurred charges.

Data sharing is not available – no new data is generated.


IV. Success Claimed Amount Report

This report allows filter which order has successfully claimed extra charges.

Data sharing is not available – no new data is generated.
