How to Sync Order with EasyParcel

You can now sync the order from SiteGiant to EasyParcel to proceed with the order fulfillment. With the integration with EasyParcel, you can sync the order information over without the need to manually key in the order information. It will save your time and prevent human mistakes.

Step 1: Get EasyParcel Integration ID and API Key

1. Sign Up for an EasyParcel account and log in to their Dashboard.

2. Go to ‘Add New Store‘ from the Integrations menu, and choose SiteGiant.

3. Insert the Shop Name and your Shop URL, and click ‘Next Step’.

4. Choose the Weight Unit as ‘Kilogram‘ and the remaining settings, thus ‘Submit’.

5. Copy the Integration ID for later use.

6. Go to ‘Add New Store‘ from the Integrations menu again, and choose API Key at the most bottom of the page.

7. Choose Individual API, and fill up your Name and Contact Phone. Then, click ‘Save’.

8. The API Key will then be generated, hence Copy the API Key for later use.

Step 2: Integrate with EasyParcel

  1. Go to My Apps menu from SiteGiant Dashboard.

2. Then, choose the EasyParcel Apps.

3. Fill in the details for EasyParcel Settings.

Name*: The Store Name or Company Name.
EasyParcel Registered Email*: Insert the email address registered with EasyParcel.
Contact No*: Key in your contact number.
Integration ID*: Get from EasyParcel, you may refer to Step 1.
API Key*: Get from EasyParcel, you may refer to Step 1.
Service Type*: Choose Dropoff, Pickup or both.
Sender Collection Address*: Insert your sender collection address.
Courier Company: Choose the Courier Company that you wish to use for order fulfillment.

4. Save the settings for EasyParcel integration.

Step 3: Sync Order to EasyParcel

1. Manage your order from All Orders menu.

2. Click on ‘Select Courier Service‘ at the Parcel Info.

3. Then, choose ‘EasyParcel‘ and Confirm.

4. Choose the Courier Service that you wish to apply for, and click ‘Confirm‘ again.

5. The EasyParcel AWB will be updated to Order History. Then, you can download and print the EasyParcel AWB.
