How to Sell Your Product via WeChat Commerce

WeChat Commerce allows you to create order forms and let your customers place orders directly via WeChat, where it will direct the customer to the checkout page with the desired products.

Step 1: Connect your WeChat Account

1. First, navigate to the SiteGiant Dashboard Settings.

2. Select Sales Channels to manage.

3. On Available Channel page, click on WeChat. Or, you can also click on + Add New Sales Channel on the top right.

4. Insert your Channel Name, Display Name, WeChat ID and QR Code. Then, click Connect.

Step 2: Create the WeChat Order Form

1. Go to WeChat from the SiteGiant Dashboard menu.

2. Next, click on the ‘Add Order Form‘ button to create a new order form.

3. Insert the Form Title.

4. Then, click on the ‘Select Products‘ button.

5. Choose your product from your Webstore product list and ‘Add Product‘ into the order form.

6. Once done, you may ‘Save‘ your order form.

1. Once the order form is created, click on the WeChat icon to get the share link.

2. Click on the ‘Copy Link‘ button.

3. Then, you may share this link with the customer via WeChat.

Step 4: Place Order (From Customer Perspective)

1. Customers will need to fill up their contact details, such as Name, Mobile Number and Email Address.

2. Customers may just insert the quantity for the product they wish to purchase and click ‘Checkout‘.

3. After that, customers can proceed to place the order from the checkout page in your webstore.

4. If there are any queries, customers can reach you by clicking on the ‘Send Message‘ button.

5. Next, customers can send the message to you by searching your WeChat ID or scanning the QR Code, then copy and paste the message to seller on WeChat.
