1. Introduction
If your business is selling technology products such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, or any hardware devices where need to insert the Serial Numbers of the item at the invoice, you may go through the guide below on how to do it in SiteGiant.
2. Insert Serial Number From Order Fulfillment Assistant
Step 1: Go to Orders > Fulfillment > Order Fulfillment Assistant.
Step 2: Click on the Settings button.
Step 3: Enable the status for Insert Serial Number > Save.
Step 4: Scan the order tracking number from Shipping Label > Insert or Scan the Serial Number.
3. Print Out Invoice With Serial Number
Step 1: Go to Orders > All Orders.
Step 2: Select the Orders > click on the More(…) button > choose Print Invoice.
Step 3: Print out the invoice with serial number.
