1. Introduction

Tracking Malaysia is Malaysia’s largest shipment tracking platform that helps you to track all your shipments in one place. By integrating Tracking.my App with SiteGiant allows you to get insightful tracking data in one place to resolve delivery incidents faster and get the latest carrier updates automatically instead of checking manually.


2. Register And Retrieve Tracking.my API Key

Step 1: Register and log in to Tracking.my Seller Platform.

Step 2: Go to Account > Developer > Add API key.

Step 3: Fill in a name > Save.

Step 4: The API Key will be generated > click on the Copy to Clipboard button to copy the API Key for later use.


3. Set Up Tracking.my Integration

Step 1: Log in to your SiteGiant Seller Center > go to Apps > Others > Tracking.my.

Step 2: Enable the status > paste the API Key that was copied > Save.

Step 3: The order tracking number and details will sync to Tracking.my seller platform when you arrange shipment in SiteGiant.

Step 4: The latest courier updates can be seen here on the SiteGiant order details page.
