Are you looking for a smarter way to manage and pack your B2B orders separately?

B2B Order Fulfillment Assistant is designed to streamline your packing process. You can now split shipments directly within the Order Fulfillment Assistant, even after shipments have been arranged. Giving you greater flexibility and efficiency in managing business orders.

This feature is available for Add-On only.

📌Note: Only available for Webstore, Client Channel, SiteGiant POS, Shopping App and WooCommerce order.

2. Split Packages using Order Fulfillment Assistant

Step 1: Navigate to Orders > Fulfillment > Order Fulfillment Assistant.

Step 2: Scan or insert the Shipping Label Tracking Number/ Marketplace Order ID/ Order ID.

Step 3: Scan the item SKU / UPC / iSKU that you would like to pack into a separate box or parcel > click Pack Package.

📌Note: Scan Item option must be enabled in the Order Fulfillment Assistant Settings to allow pack package.

Step 4: Enter a new tracking number and courier company. You may reuse the same tracking number and courier if necessary.

Step 5: The scanned items will be packed into a new packages with a new package ID, along with a new tracking number and courier company.

Step 6: The remaining items will stay in the original package. If there are still items that need to be packed into another separate package, you may repeat the process starting from Step 3. Otherwise, continue scanning the remaining items to complete the packing process.

📌Note: Once all items are fully scanned in a package, pack package is no longer allowed.
