1. Introduction

ADAPTIS is the leading payment company in South East Asia that provides reliable and secured payment services. ADAPTIS accepts most online payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Debit Online Banking Transfers across Malaysia.

📌Note:
Make sure that your registered account is under ADAPTIS(OPSG) as you will need the Merchant Code and Merchant Key to proceed with integration. Please ensure that your iPay88 account is registered with the domain name that will do the integration.

If you do not have an ADAPTIS account yet, kindly send an email to support@sitegiant.my and we will connect you to the ADAPTIS representative in order to proceed with your ADAPTIS merchant account application.

2. Set Up ADAPTIS (OPSG) Payment Gateway

Step 1: Go to Settings > Payments

Step 2: Click on + Add Payment Method > select ADAPTIS (OPSG) > Add Payment Method

Step 3: Fill in the ADAPTIS (OPSG) details as shown

1. Display Name: The payment name to display in the Payment Method during the checkout process
2. Merchant Code*: Merchant Code that given by ADAPTIS
3. Merchant Key*: Merchant Key that given by ADAPTIS
4. Description: Extra information to be shown to the customer during checkout process
5. EPP Integration: Enabled EPP (Easy Payment Plan) Integration to allow your customers to choose an installment plan (optional)

6. Customer Group: The Customer Group that is applicable for this payment method (if no selection it will apply to all customer groups).
7. Minimum Order Amount: The order amount that needs to be reached to use this payment method.
8. Currencies: Select the currencies that are applicable to this payment method. (if no selection it will apply to all curencies).
