To create customer payment for SQL Accounting Sync, it is necessary to obtain the income statement file from respective marketplaces that will be used for the import process.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to retrieve those income statement files from Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Seller Center.

2. Shopee

Step 1: Login to your Shopee account > Click Finance > My Income > Under Income Details, select Released > Filter Date > Export.

3. Lazada

Step 1: Login to your Lazada account > Click Finance > My Income > Select Income Overview > Under Income Report, click More > Filter date > Download > Select Transaction Details (excel).
