1. Introduction
We value our customers’ privacy, and hence all our customers reserve the right to request for their account and associated data to be deleted permanently from our system.
Once the account deletion is approved, the information below will be deleted:
- Profile data
- Order histories
- Membership points
- Reward Credits
- Claimed vouchers
Please be aware that this action cannot be undone, and the deleted information cannot be retrieved or restored in any way.
2. Request For Account Deletion
Step 1: Go to Profile in the shopping app.
Step 2: Click Request Account Deletion.
Step 3: Read the terms and conditions written > Click Delete My Account Permanently if you agree and would like to proceed.
Step 5: A window modal will pop up, click Confirm to proceed.
Step 6: Your account deletion request has been sent successfully.
3. After Request For Account Deletion
It may take up to 14 days to process your account deletion. You will not be able to use your account during this period anymore. After the account has been deleted from the system, you will be notified via the email associated with your deleted account.
