1. Introduction
Are you curious about your sales performance from all channels, including your webstore and marketplace sales? This Marketplace Channel Report allows you to view and analyse your sales from selected marketplace stores within a period of time. The report also lets you view the top 100 inventory items sold from all your marketplaces.
2. Analyse Marketplace Channel Report
Step 1: Navigate to Analytics on the dashboard menu > Marketplace Channel Report
Step 2: You may view and analyse the Marketplace Channel Report as shown:
Step 3: You can also view the Top 100 Inventory Items Sold in selected channels
📌Note: The items in this report are based on the inventory items, thus make sure that your products in sales channels are linked with the inventory items
Step 4: You may also export the report by going to More (…) > Export Data
