1. Introduction
Item Sold Report provides a convenient way to review the items purchased by customers across all sales channels. You can utilize the filtering options to generate reports based on specific order statuses and other relevant criteria.
📌Note: Make sure your products in sales channels are linked with inventory items to ensure the accuracy of the report.
2. Analyse Item Sold Report
Step 1: Navigate to Analytics on the sidebar menu > Item Sold Report.

Step 2: Filter the Date Period, Stores, and other filters to analyse the report.

1. Date Period: Set the date range of the report. The maximum date range to be filtered is up to 3 months. 2. Stores: All connected sales channels will be displayed in the report. Select or deselect the stores to view the report of the selected stores. 3. Filter: By default, the report will be filtered with Order Status of Shipped, Completed, Pending Process, Processed, and Ready To Ship.
Step 3: From the Item Sold Report, we can look for the Type, Units Sold, and Sales to assess the performance of your items.

1. Type: Filtering the report by Items or Kits allows you to analyse the performance of individual items or bundled sets. 2. Units Sold: Looking at the Units Sold helps you understand the demand for each item or kit, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. 3. Sales: Sales helps to determine the profit margins. You can learn which items are more profitable by looking at items that have fewer units sold, but the sales are high.
Step 4: You may also export the report by clicking on More (…) > Export Data.
