How To Set Up iPay88 Payment Gateway

1. Introduction

iPay88 is the leading payment company in South East Asia that provides reliable and secured payment services. iPay88 accepts most online payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Debit Online Banking Transfers across Malaysia.

?Note:
Make sure that you have a registered account with iPay88 as you will need the Merchant Code and Merchant Key to proceed with integration. Please ensure that your iPay88 account is registered with the domain name that will do the integration.

If you do not have an iPay88 account yet, kindly send an email to support@sitegiant.my and we will connect you to the iPay88 representative in order to proceed with your iPay88 merchant account application.

2. Set Up iPay88 Payment Gateway

Step 1: Go to Settings > Payments

Step 2: Click on + Add Payment Method > select iPay88 > Add Payment Method

Step 3: Fill in iPay88 details such as Display Name, Merchant Code, Merchant Key, and Description

1. Display Name: The payment name to display in the Payment Method during the checkout process
2. Merchant Code*: Merchant Code that given by iPay88
3. Merchant Key*: Merchant Key that given by iPay88
4. Description: Extra information to be shown to the customer during checkout process

Step 4: Enabled EPP (Easy Payment Plan) Integration to allow your customers to choose an installment plan (optional)

Step 5: Select the Customer Group that is applicable for this payment method (if no selection it will apply to all customer groups) > fill in the Minimum Order Amount that needs to be reached to use this payment method

Step 6: You may set extra transaction charges applied to the customer at the Payment Settings (optional)

Step 7: Once done, click on the Add button at the top right corner > make sure the status of the iPay88 is enabled


3. Test Checkout Via iPay88 (From Customer Perspective)

Step 1: You are highly recommended to try checkout on your Webstore to ensure the payment method is working as expected

Step 2: If the page is redirecting to the iPay88 payment page, then you are successfully integrated with iPay88
